We provide 4 room layout ranges: Single Room accommodation, Double sharing standard, Extra space sharing, and sharing with attached washroom.
Every resident registers their biometric facial signature on our database at check-in. The main gates and corridor entrances are fitted with AI Face-ID scanners that recognize registered residents and unlock gates instantly. This prevents outside trespassers and guarantees security.
We require a refundable security deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent. The minimum lock-in period is 10 months.
Electricity for room lights and fans is included in the rent. You only need to pay for AC usage and other plug-in appliances as per actual consumption.
Room housekeeping is done daily. Our cleaners sweep and mop all room floors and clear dustbins every day. Attached washrooms are scrubbed and sanitized twice a week. Common corridors, lounges, and terraces are cleaned and polished daily.
