Biometric Data Security (Face-ID)

To maintain top-tier safety across the property, we utilize AI-powered Face-Recognition gate lock systems. Please note the following regarding your biometric data:

• Biometric templates are processed and stored locally directly on the secure biometric controllers installed at our entry/exit gates.
• No biometric data is ever stored on the public cloud, sold, or shared with third parties.
• All biometric templates are permanently purged from the entry log gates within 48 hours of a resident's formal check-out from Vibzy Space.

How We Secure & Use Your Data

We use your contact and booking data to dispatch relations updates, verify check-in queries, process monthly utility invoicing, and manage booking requests.

We deploy standard security protocols including secure server storage and strict role-based data access controls to prevent data leakages or unauthorized modifications.

Third-Party Services

We interact with FormSubmit's AJAX endpoints to process online booking and inquiry requests without browser redirects. We also integrate Google Maps and Google Business Listing reviews. Your data is handled in strict accordance with their respective privacy policies.
