For resident safety, our AI Face-ID scanner gates are locked from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Residents returning late due to university studies, library hours, or job shifts must log their request on the parent-verified dashboard. Unauthorized late entry is strictly monitored.

Residents are welcome to meet guests and family in the common lounges and rooftop terrace. However, for privacy and safety, visitors (including parents) are not permitted inside the rooms. Overnight guest stays are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from relations management.

We charge a security deposit equivalent to 1 month's room rent. This security deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to clearance of any outstanding dues. A minimum stay contract of 10 months is required.

Rent charges cover all basic amenities (WiFi, housekeeping, RO water, security). Electricity usage is calculated independently for each room via dedicated digital sub-meters. Residents of each room pay for the exact units consumed, split equally in case of double sharing.

Housekeeping staff sweeps and mops room floors daily. Residents are expected to keep their study desks and closets neat, and are responsible for disposing of dry trash in designated bins. Any damage to furniture, walls, or bathroom fixtures will be billed to the resident.

Vibzy Space operates on a zero-tolerance policy regarding substance abuse, smoking, alcohol consumption, and loud music inside rooms. Bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards co-residents or management staff will lead to immediate tenancy termination.
